He was predeceased by: his parents, Jess T. Williams and Bessie Williams; his wife Billie Jean Musick Williams; his siblings, Aline Nichols, Olen, Jesse, Damon, Loran and Edward; and his daughter-in-law Melissa Penry Williams.
He is survived by: his children, David Williams of Leitchfield, Roger Williams of Clarkson and Melissa Williams Buseck (Mark) of Erie, PA; his grandchildren, Lucas Buseck (Gabi Omatick) of Chicago, IL, Ashley Buseck of New York, NY and Brian Buseck of New York, NY; and his siblings, Royce of Boise, ID and Loretta Probus of Louisville.
In lieu of flowers, the family encourages donations in his name to the Clarkson Community Park, P.O. Box 10, Clarkson, KY 42726.
