With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Connie L Cain of Clarkson, Kentucky, born in Owensboro, Kentucky, who passed away on October 18, 2024 at the age of 73. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Chester Jones and Abby Douglas Jones; her son William Earl Cain; her siblings, Ronnie Jones, Mike Marsh and Nancy Jones; and her foster parents, J. C. Fleming and Imogene Fleming.
She is survived by: her husband Charles Cain; her sons, Tom (Mahalie) of Clarkson and Eugene Cain (Jan) of Clarkson; her grandchildren, Parker Cain (Taylor), Cortney Johnson (Randy), Taylor Wilson and Brianna Mathews (Thomas Yopp); her great grandchildren, Gabriel Dennis, Brystle, Kam, Whalin Johnson and Amelia Mathews; her siblings, Darrell Jones (Alice), Odean, Danny Jones, Doris Woosley (Ronald) and Gail Berry (Ricky); her sister-in-law Doris Marsh; and her brother Keith Fleming (Rena). She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Thursday, October 24th 2024 from 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Friday, October 25th 2024 from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Dermitt Funeral Home (306 W Main St, Leitchfield, KY 42754). A funeral service was held on Friday, October 25th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
