She was predeceased by: her parents, Russell Cottrell and Nancy Jane Jewell Cottrell; her husband Jeff Hodges; and her brother Owen Cottrell. She is survived by: her daughter Christal Winchell of Elizabethtown; her granddaughters, Trevanna Russell of Leitchfield, Brittany Horn of St. Paul and Breanna Russell of Clarkson; her great grandchildren, Annsligh Johnston, Walker Horn and Gunner Horn; her stepchildren, Krista Juberg of Bardstown and Brian Hodges of Oklahoma; her stepgrandsons, Mason, Zane and Grant; and her siblings, Carl Cottrell, Harold Cottrell, Glen Cottrell, Kent Brooks, Rita Saltsman and Angela Duvall.
