She was predeceased by: her parents, John L. Hoover and Doris Whitaker Hoover; and her husband Bob Vincent. She is survived by: her son Nick Vincent (Stacy Pennington-Vincent); her grandchildren, Alison Vincent, Adalynn Vincent and Josiah Pennington; and her siblings, Kendall Hoover and Maria Hoover Nance (Keith). She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
