He was predeceased by: his parents, Charlie Day and Imogene Bradshaw Day; and his siblings, Beverly Thomas and Barry Day. He is survived by: his wife Rebecca of Short Creek; his children, Richard Harrison (Darla) of Hodgenville, Aaron Day (Jill) of McDaniels and Alexandra Majors (J. D.) of Leitchfield; his siblings, Bill Day (Connie) of Leitchfield, Ben Day of Short Creek and Bonnie Langley of Short Creek; and his grandchildren, Rylee Harrison, Melia Day, Hayden Harrison, Wyatt Clemons, Gavin Clemons and Mia Majors.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to Gideon's International.
