He is survived by: his wife Glenna Sue Lesondak of Chavies, KY; his sons, Tom Lesondak (Erynn) and Chad Lesondak of Buckhanon; his siblings, Lawrence Lesondak (Patty), Patrick Lesondak of Buckhanon and Lisa Evans (Wes); his grandchildren, Chase, Zoey, Sarah and Brooklyn Lesondak; his stepgrandchildren, Kevin Tyler Fields, Lori, Meikeil Fields and Ralph Williams; his great grandchildren, Carson Fields and Diesel Roark; his stepgranddaughter Tammy Williams (Roger); and his caregiver Constant Fury Companion.
