She is survived by: her children, Princess Fugate Barnett (Randall), Jerry Fugate (Sally), Roger Fugate, David Fugate (Irene), Kenneth Fugate (Lisa) and Jesse Fugate (Lisa); her siblings, Denny Ray Noble, Dean Noble, Nancy Combs, Joyce Combs and Wanda Maggard; and her grandchildren, Jerry Lewis Fugate Jr., Jason Fugate, Deana DeNell Fugate, Steve Fugate (Alison), Fallon Fugate (Stephen Mullins), Trevor Fugate (Dessandra Napier), Dr. Randaline Barnett (Eric Gonzalez), Kimberlin Dotson (Michael), Jake Fugate and Sanchari Fugate. She is also survived by eight great grandchildren and a host of nieces, nephews, family & friends.
