She was predeceased by: her parents, James Preston Hurley and Elizabeth June Stidham Hurley; and her brother Jerry Hurley. She is survived by: her son Brandon Dials (Wendy) of Hazard, KY; her siblings, Janet Hurley of Chavies, KY and John Hurley (Karen) of Florida; her grandson Jeffery; her nephew Brent Hurley (Jean); and her great-niece Abigail (Friends).
