She was predeceased by: her parents, Hughey Rice and Ima Jean Collins Rice. She is survived by: her daughter Samantha Eversole of Chavies, KY; her sister Lynn Johnson of Hazard, KY; and her friend Robbie Gail Combs. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, family & friends.
