He is survived by: his mother Edna Maggard; his wife Juanita Maggard; his children, Kelsey Deakin of Florence, KY, Trista Miller of Hazard, KY and Brian Maggard of Hazard, KY; his grandsons, Dylan Davidson of Richmond, KY and Jason Davidson of Chavies, KY; his brother Charlie Maggard of Chavies, KY; and his grandchildren, Brady Webb, Shelby McIntyre and Hanna McIntyre. He is also survived by Nieces, Nephews.
