He is survived by: his wife Lois "Mo" Trent Holt; his daughter Shelia Calvert (Larry) of Chaplin; his grandchildren, Randy Calvert of Chaplin and Ashley Bowman (Sean) of Chaplin; his great grandchildren, Emalyn, Trent and Kaitlyn; and his siblings, Nancy Chesser (Lee) of Chaplin, Rita Rice (Gary) of Versailles, Frances Warner (Roy) of Louisville, Paul Wayne Holt (Joyce) of Chaplin and Rudolph Holt (Joyce) of Independence.
