He is survived by: his daughters, Donna Ethington (Bryan) of Versailles and Heather Wright of Campbellsville; his siblings, Betty Money (Bob) of Indiana, Katie Dennison (Grover "Peachy") of Louisville, Tammy Davis of Louisville, Lee Milburn (Hazel) of Chaplin and Joe Milburn (Beverly) of Chaplin; his grandchildren, Shaun Ethington, Brandon Ethington (Amber), Michael Ethington (Betty) and Devon Wright; and his great grandchild Hudson Lee Ethington.
