He was predeceased by: his father Albert Lewis; his daughters, Bridgette Lewis Drummond and Dwyna Sagracy; and his brother Gary Lynn Lewis. He is survived by: his mother Phyllis Adkins Lewis of Taylorsville. He is also survived by 4 grandchildren and 1 great-grandchild.
