He is survived by: his wife Minnie Cook Curtsinger; his daughters, Debbie Curtsinger of Louisville and Bobbie Joyce Lewis (Jerry) of Chaplin; and his stepchildren, Brenda Rogers (Brad) of Chaplin, Ricky Hilbert (Theresa) of Wakefield, Namon Milburn of Chaplin, Bobby Franklin Milburn (Brenda) of Chaplin, Sherman Milburn (Adina) of Taylorsville, Stevie Milburn (Laura) of Taylorsville and Terry Lee Milburn (Denise) of Anderson County. He is also survived by 7 grandchildren, 32 step-grandchildren, 11 great-grandchildren and several step-great-grandchildren.
