She was predeceased by: her father Howard Herman; and her siblings, Phillip Campbell and Rebecca Campbell. She is survived by: her husband Phillip Milburn; her children, Cherlyn Burgin (William) of Bloomfield and Tim Oliver of Bardstown; her stepchildren, Detra Bryant (Jeff) of Cox's Creek and PJ Milburn (Nicole) of Chaplin; and her sisters, Ann Nobles (Terry) of Michigan and Lisa Clark of Bardstown. She is also survived by 8 grandchildren, 5 step grandchildren and 8 great grandchildren.
