He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond D Coulter and Bonnie Sue Kelien Coulter; and his sister Carolyn Sue Gaines. He is survived by: his wife Becky Eades Coulter; his children, Tyler Coulter of Chaplin and Sabra Coulter of Indiana; his stepson Rick Harrison (Jessi) of Denver, CO.; and his siblings, Susan Kay Walls of Bardstown, Pat Coulter (Cheryl) of Chaplin and Faron Lynn Coulter (Michele) of Bloomfield. He is also survived by 8 grandchildren.
