He is survived by: his mother Minnie Cook Curtsinger; his wife Brenda Hargrove Milburn of Chaplin; his children, Bobby Milburn of Taylorsville, Shawn Milburn (Amanda) of Taylorsville and Tonya Milburn Lampkin of Lexington; his siblings, Namon Milburn of Taylorsville, Brenda Milburn Rogers (Brad) of Nelson County, Sherman Milburn (Adina) of Taylorsville, Stevie Milburn (Laura) of Taylorsville, Terry Milburn (Denise) of Mount Eden, Joy Lewis (Jerry) of Chaplin, Frankie Milburn and Rickie Dale of Taylorsville; and his half-sister Donna Nicole Glaze (Roy). He is also survived by his five grandchildren.
