She is survived by: her husband David Cortner of Cerulean; her sons, Jeremy Cortner of Cadiz and Damon Cortner of Cadiz; her grandchildren, Breylin Cortner, Ethan Cortner, Lillie Cortner, Trevor Cortner, Ella Cortner, Griffin Cortner and Jaxon Cortner; and her siblings, Willie Calhoun (Theresa) of Clarksville, Jamie Calhoun (Pam) of Hopkinsville, Connie Parrish of Friendship, Tenn of Cadiz, Margaret Higgins of Cadiz, Cindy Uzzle of Cadiz, Mary Petty of Savannah and Laura Creekmur (Greg) of Cerulean.
