With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of David H. Edmonson of Cerulean, Kentucky, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on December 24, 2024 at the age of 69. He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert Edmonson and Mary Simmons Edmonson Poyner; his daughter Melissa Sue Edmonson; his siblings, Phillip, Kenneth, Bobby, Claude, Albert, Jr., Douglas Edmonson, Gracie Choate, Mary Alice Tyler and Becky Burden; and his stepfather Bill Poyner.
He is survived by: his children, David Edmonson, Jr. of Cerulean, Donna Sharp (Edward Parrish) of Cadiz and Renee Edmonson of Cadiz; his grandchildren, Michael Douglas Sharp, Whitney Sharp, Danny Cansler and Jaykob Hollon Edmonson; his siblings, Paul Edmonson of Cadiz and Betty Smith of Eddyville, KY; and his close friend Wanda Forsythe of Gracey, KY..
Visitation was held on Monday, December 30th 2024 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Goodwin Funeral Home Inc. (138 Main St, Cadiz, KY 42211).
