He was predeceased by: his parents, Herman Hale and Pansy Rennison Hale; and his brothers, Gaylon and Clayton Eugene Hale. He is survived by: his children, Johnny Hale (Stacey) of Cerulean, Tim Hale (Tammy) of Cerulean and Angelia "Angie" Allen (Carl) of Hopkinsville; and his brother James.
