She was predeceased by: her parents, George Nealy and Victoria Nealy. She is survived by: her children, Clarence Parker (Linda), Jeffery Tyler (Gidget) of Lexington, Roy Tyler (Brandee) of Owensboro, Mary James of Cleveland and Doris Drake of Greenville. She is also survived by several grandchildren, great-grandchildren, aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
