He was predeceased by: his parents, Louis Hayes and Alice Hayes. He is survived by: his wife Bonnie Riley Hayes; his son Billy Hayes (Vanessa) of Greenville; his grandchild Stacy Williams; his great grandchildren, Madison Williams, Mallory Williams, Haydan Arnett and Brock Arnett; his great great grandchild Rowen Thomas; his stepgrandchildren, Heather Wester (Tony) and Chris Sampson (Misty); his stepgreat-grandchildren, Jordan Sampson (Lauren), Emma Sampson, Braxton Wester and Katelyn Wester; his brother-in-law John Riley (Francis); and his nephews, Scott and David Riley.
Family and friends who are attending the visitation or funeral service are asked to wear a face mask for the safety of all those in attendance, in accordance with the governor's mandate.
