Napier; his wife Gay Flener Napier; his children, Tiffany Ingram (James) of Central City and Justin Napier (Tiffany) of Central City; his mother Mary Lou Kimmel of Central City; and his grandchildren, Nicholas Robinson, Lauren Ingram, Ali Napier and Jake Napier.
