She is survived by: her husband Kenneth "Ricky" Welborn; her children, Kelly Renee Welborn of Central City, Kimberly Piper (Jason) of Central City, Annabeth Welborn of Goodlettsville, TN and Issac Welborn of Central City; her grandchildren, Tyler Piper, Dalton Piper and Kenlee-Ann Welborn; and her sister Gala Lynn.
