She is survived by: her boyfriend Nathan Eldridge; her sons, Ronald "Jay" Henderson (Jennifer) and Dakota Shemwell (Ashley); her grandsons, Ben, Cameron, Colton, Liam, Avery, Hunter and Edward; her siblings, Kim Crouch, Tina Hostetter (Brett), Tim Childress (Sheila), Tony Ray Vincent (Johnna) and Todd Vincent (Christina); her sister-in-law Laura Vincent; and her close friend Brenda Simms.
