She was predeceased by: her son John Lewellen. She is survived by: her husband Sidney Lewellen; her children, Barbara Shadwick (Wayne) of Onton, Darlene Hendrix (Ronnie) of Central City, Sidney Bergman of Colorado, Rebecca Cryderman (Jerry) of California, Bobby Lewellen of Calhoun, Steven Lewellen of Colorado and Michelle Paclab (Pete) of Colorado; and her brother Donald Jones (Jane) of Owensboro. She is also survived by 24 grandchildren; 20 great-grandchildren.
