We are sad to announce that on November 21, 2023, at the age of 51, Scotty Wayne Risley of Central City, Kentucky passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by : his father Donald Risley; and his sister Dawna Turley. He is survived by : his wife Tammy Bolton Risley; his children, Dakota Dalton and Jeffery Risley; and his mother Joyce Grider (Joe). He is also survived by three grandchildren.
