He was predeceased by: his uncles, Tom Hays, Mitchell Hays and Jim Hays. He is survived by: his friend Jerry Moore; his brother Cindy Moore; his sons, Wesley Mohon (Ashley) and Cody; his siblings, Scott Mohon (Sandy) of Louisville, KY, Robin Mohon of Frankfort, KY, James "Bo" Mohon of Bowling Green and Betsy Madariaga (Darryl) of Bowling Green, KY.; his grandchildren, Laken, Breck and Madelyn; his aunts, Jack Mohon, Kathy Smith, Hettie Masden and Edwina Stafford; his grandmother Sue Mohon; and also, Teegan Jane Mohon and Parker Lee.
