He is survived by: his wife Carolyn of Owensboro; his children, Robin Bush (Randy) of Owensboro, Chris Davis (Marsha Lindsey) of Bowling Green and Jennybeth Anderson (Bryan Whittaker) of Hartford; his stepsons, Jason Vandiver of Bowling Green and Jon Vandiver (Regina) of Maryville, TN.; his grandchildren, Bryant Anderson, Grace Bush, Carson Davis, Cortney Vandiver and Mackenzie Kohnle; his great grandchild Dakota Price; and his siblings-in-law, Jeanette Birch (Tony) of Cheney, WA and Doug Heltsley of Mortons Gap, KY..
