He was predeceased by: his wife Barbara Simms; and his father Billy Joe. He is survived by: his children, Vickie Morgan (Keith), Ricky Simms Jr. (Sara) and Susan Reiber (Jason); his grandchildren, Samantha Shelton (Kenny), Jacob Reiber, Brianna Morgan, Trevor Morgan and Madison Reiber; his great grandchild Kenlee Shelton; and his siblings, Tony Simms (Lynn), Terry Simms (Brenda) and Shelia Groves.
