He is survived by: his children, Michael Hurt (Mindy), Nicholas Nurt, Kaylane McQuady and Charles Hurt; his grandchildren, Kyra, Gibson, Elana, Addyson, Keona, Khloe and Remington; and his siblings, Tony Hurt (Janet), Russell Hurt (Teofista), Lisa Smith (Jimmy) and Stella Chinn (Dennis). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
