It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Richard Stephenson of Central City, Kentucky, who passed away on July 24, 2021, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Edgar Stephenson and Lillian Stephenson (Dunevant); his son Gregory Todd; and his brothers, Donald, David, Phillip and Edwin Gene Stephenson.
He is survived by: his children, Jeff Stephenson of Mayfield, KY, Lorretta DeLuna (Tony) of Yucca Valley, CA and Paula Rager (Robbie) of Bremen, KY.. He is also survived by five grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.
