She was predeceased by: her siblings, Louis Heltsley and Joyce Johnson. She is survived by: her son Ryan Drake (Kim) of Central City; her grandchildren, Kara Drake of Louisville and Riley Drake of Central City; and her siblings, George Heltsley (Phyllis) of Owensboro and Merle Nannie (Perry) of Central City.
Family and friends who are attending the visitation or funeral service are asked to wear a face mask for the safety of all those in attendance, in accordance with the governor's mandate.
