She is survived by: her children, Tonya Turner of Murfreesboro, TN, Casey Turner of Clarksburg, TN and Joe Turner (Joy) of Greenville, KY; her grandchildren, Matthew Cooley (Lauren) of Murfreesboro, TN, Dustin Turner (Laura) of Franklin, TN, Katie Fox of Murfreesboro, TN, Brady Turner (Kelsey) of Trezevant, TN and Grayson Turner of Greenville, KY; her stepsons, Danny Hatley of Parsons, TN and Charlie Hatley of Holladay, TN; her brother Cotton Sanders (Betty) of Springville, TN; her sister-in-law Selona Sanders of Springville, TN; and her caregivers, Lori Piper and Darlene Divine. She is also survived by 7 great-grandchildren, 3 step grandchildren, 2 step great-grandchildren.
