She is survived by: her children, Richard Smith of Central City, Charles Smith (Bridgette) of Central City, Curtis Smith (Tracy) of Central City, Jack Higgs (Jamie) of Central City and Tracie Neal of Central City; her grandchildren, Jack Higgs III, Dylan Smith, David Smith, Whitney McCormick, Kara Keeton, Ian Smith, Felicia Smith, Samantha Smith, Emily Payton, Anthony Contant, Tori Neal, Jasie Dragoo and Ashlynn Willoughby; and her brother Bobby Higgs (Judy) of Central City. She is also survived by great-grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
