He was predeceased by: his parents, Bina Emmaline and Cecil Ellison; his son Marvin Lee Ellison; his sister Agnes Beliles (Curtis); and his nephew Jackie Beliles (Sue).
He is survived by: his daughter Connie Thomason (Mark); his granddaughters, Cheryle Ellison, Lana Rubio (Rudy) and Leah Murray; his great grandchildren, Destini Cheven Anderson, Willa Emmaline Rubio and Sadie Sydneylee Rubio; his niece Linda Southerland (Ronnie); his nephew Jerrell Beliles; his great-nieces and great-nephews, Allen Smith, John Southerland, Pam Pendley (Jeff), Angie Inglis (John) and Amy Layne (Scott); and his friend Jimmy Norris Beliles (Peggy). He is also survived by extended family and church friends.
