She was predeceased by: her parents, William Ward and Nettie Ward; her husband Jerald V. Withrow; her son Mitchell Stephen Allen; her stepson Ronald Joseph Withrow; and her siblings, Erma, Agnes, Corene, Pauline, Faye, Dovie, Theresa, Beatrice, Bessie, Bernice, Ernest, Grover, Kenneth and Kelly.
She is survived by: her daughter Deborah West (Doug) of Greenville; and her stepchildren, Deborah Houston (Bill) of Florida, Penni Cloud (Mike) of Florida and Mary Jane Withrow of Central City. She is also survived by two grandchildren; and twelve step-grandchildren.
A burial will be held on Saturday, March 1st 2025 at 10:00 AM and at 7:15 PM. A funeral service will be held on Saturday, March 1st 2025 at 12:00 PM at the Tucker Funeral Home (113 N 3rd St, Central City, KY 42330).
