He was predeceased by: his wife Janette Walker Tinsley; his parents, Clarence Tinsley and Elizabeth Tinsley; and his siblings, Earl Ray Tinsley (Gladys) and Bonnie Cummins (Dave).
He is survived by: his children, Susan Beth Robinson (Gary) and Thomas "Tom" Walker Tinsley (Heather); and his grandsons, Collin, Grant and Lane McKenzie. He is also survived by many nephews and nieces (including Beverly Divine of Central City); and many friends.
