He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Beckham and Sadie Belle Vincent Case; and his siblings, Gene Case, Helen Case and Lorene Bruno.
He is survived by: his children, Anna Case, Sadie Majors, Heather Case, Nikki Anderson, Lewis Case, Jr., James Case, Bryan Case, Keith Case and Jason Hamilton; and his brothers, Roger Case, Sr., Henry "Buddy" Case, Hershel Case and Marvin "Duke" Case. He is also survived by several grandchildren, several great grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews.
