He is survived by: his wife Regina Rolley of Greenville; his son Tyler Rolley; his stepchildren, Jeff Hope, Jason Embry, Sam Hopper, Melissa Embry and Sabrina Embry; and his siblings, Donald Rolley, Jerry Rolley, Barbara Shutt, Lois Groves, Daphne Cobb, Ailene Oldham and Joyce Ray. He is also survived by Several Grandchildren and Great-Grandchildren.
