He was predeceased by: his parents, James Givens and Mary Givens; and his brothers, Mike and Doug Givens. He is survived by: his daughter Kami Jo Givens; his granddaughter Kacelyn Jo Wilson; his sister Pat Capps; and his half-brother Jimmy Vincent.
