He is survived by: his parents, Maria Smith of Central City and Jeff Smith (Martha) of Taylorsville; his daughter Savannah Smith of Browder; his brothers, Nathan Smith, Derek Blake (Melanie) and Jerry Blake (Lynda); and his grandmother Ruby Griffin. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
