She is survived by: her mother Shellie Aileen Clark Dugger of Campbellsville, KY; her sister Stephanie Morton of Whitesville, KY; her children, Brittany Smith (Kenny) of Central City, KY and Andrew Stanley (Denisha) of Greenville, KY; and her grandchildren, Madison, Addie, Ransom, Hudson and Ella. She is also survived by other relatives including aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, and nephews; and a few special friends.
