He is survived by: his pet June Bug; his wife Rebecca "Becky" Noffsinger; his children, Bryan Noffsinger (Ashlee), Nicholas Noffsinger and Amber Tuttle (Brandon); his grandchildren, Tristan, Maddox, Brylee Noffsinger, Colton, Eli Tuttle and Ollie Noffsinger; his great grandchildren, Jenna and Sawyer Noffsinger; and his siblings, Barbara Watson, Dale and Terry Noffsinger. He is also survived by his children, grandchildren, great grandchildren.
Family and Friends who are attending the visitation or funeral service are asked to wear a face mask for the safety of all those in attendance, in accordance with the governor's mandate.
