She is survived by : her daughters, Kristy Sample (Kenny) of Shawnee, Deana Choate (Greg) of Cadiz and Jaycee Hancock (Ryan) of Crofton, Kentucky; her grandchildren, Ethan Middleton, Kenlee Sample, Angel Choate, Cory Choate, Karlee Choate, Jaxton Choate, Berkley Hancock, Maddix Hancock and Hayzlee Hancock; her great grandchildren, Easton Summers and Carter Harris; and her siblings, Regina Edwards, Patti Hardin, Rita Hardin, Judy Hardin Stewart and Danny Hardin.
