It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joyce Faye Howard of Central City, Kentucky, who passed away on November 27, 2022, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Melvin Boggess and Eula Boggess; and her siblings, William Boggess, Ronnie Boggess, John Boggess, Freida Boggess, Retha Sapp and Ruby Hinton. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
