She was predeceased by: her fathers, Thomas "Gus" and Herman Allen; and her siblings, Connie Nannie, Ema Jane Nannie and Thomas Ralph Allen.
She is survived by: her husband Herbert O'Bannon; her daughters, Phyllis Havener (Roy), Janice Dockery (Rondal) and Margie Nelson (Joe); her grandchildren, Roy Havener, Tashara Lively, Jessica Bruggemann, Julie Nelson and Ruthann Nelson; her great grandchildren, Liam Havener, Mackenzie Lively and Amelia Bruggemann; and her siblings, Roger Allen, Mary Landreth, Willa Dean Daugherty and Loretta Piper.
