He is survived by: his wife Jane Devine LaGioia; his children, Lisa Harvell (Phil) of Greenville and Louis LaGioia of Central City; his grandson Zachary Harvell (Lynette); his sister Maryann Gianoble; his niece Jackie Howe; and his siblings-in-law, Patricia Lynn Devine and Richard Devine (Sandy). He is also survived by several other nieces and nephews.
