He is survived by: his children, Jerry Jr. O'Bannon (Michelle) of Beech Creek, Sheryl Patton (Mike) of Central City, Judy Hunter (Tim) of Ashland City, TN, Terry O'Bannon of Central City, Carol Elswick (Todd) of Belton, Lishia O'Bannon (Jimmy Furlough) of Pegram, TN and Troy O'Bannon of Central City; his grandchildren, Megan Hunter (Chelsea Cluesman), Ashley Hand, Austin Hunter (Lindsey), Ashley Hill (Gavin), Blake O'Bannon, Tyson O'Bannon, Alexis Smith (Dylan), Janie Brown (Logan), JT Elswick (Maddi), Matthew Patton, Katelyn Patton, Mackenzie Caswell (Jamie), Kaleigh Anne Smith (Isaac) and Hayden O'Bannon; his great grandchildren, Paislee O'Bannon, Piper O'Bannon, Dylan Hill, Josie Hill, Aurora Caswell, Tucker Caswell, Millie Caswell, Charlie Smith, Reid Thomas Brown, Navy Hunter, Oliver Smith and Annaleigh Smith; and his siblings, Anna Jewell Hawks, Martha Pendley, Michael O'Bannon (Linda), Steve O'Bannon and Sandy Garrett (Don). He is also survived by Numerous nieces, nephews.
