She was predeceased by: her son Donald "Spanky" Garrett Jr.; her husband Don B. Watkins; her parents, Jim Perry and Opal Perry; and her siblings, June Ingram, Lucky Perry, Shelby Gene Perry and James Donnie Perry.
She is survived by: her daughter Dr. Kristy Chappell (David) of Greenville, KY; her grandchildren, Chandler Wells, Garrett Wells, Ty Chappell, Presley Garrett, Cooper Garrett, Chloe Goins and Alex Sorrels; and her siblings, Jean Greenwood of Greenville, KY and Ricky Perry of Sikeston, MO. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
